Has the pandemic left you out of balance, unsure how to return to normalcy and start an exercise and self-care practice? Would you like to return to gentle movement that relieves stress, tones the whole body and strengthens the mind, improves balance, mood, sleep and digestion?
I have designed my new 4-week Mind & Body Ease Wellness program with these goals in mind. It’s a private coaching program that combines yoga, breathwork and herbs to support your through these challenging times and life transitions. Live sessions are held in our yoga studio in Stamford, located in Breakthru Family Fitness, a spacious, clean, family-owned gym. Zoom sessions are also available.
Here’s what you get with this program:
- 4 private 60-minute yoga + breathwork sessions
- 3 breathing tests to establish your personal benchmark for the breath control and nervous system response.
- Videos for your daily brief breathwork home practice where I guide you and count through it.
- 1 30-minute Zoom herbal wellness session to offer you a personal guidance on how herbal remedies can help to relieve stress, improve mood, digestion and sleep.
All these services are also available à la carte, but I decided to combine them into this program for the greatest impact and value to you!
