- Reconnecting with nature, or what like to call “rewilding” - restoring our natural rhythms and becoming mindful of internal cues and our natural environment.
- Learning to nourish our bodies and minds, not “stuff” them.
- Identifying your personal herbal allies and making herbal medicine.
- Celebrating in a supportive community of wild warriors.
