Anastasia Pryanikova is a RYT® 200 Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Yoga Teachers College Yoga Trapeze®, Gravity Yoga®, and CirqFit Lyra certified teacher, and an herbalist. She founded Mudroots and Moonlight, a wellness and holistic lifestyle company, with a mission to help people achieve optimal physical and mental performance through Nature-inspired modalities. Anastasia is a certified wellness coach and an herbalist, trained at the Herbal Academy of New England and The School of Evolutionary Herbalism. She is passionate about connecting people with movement modalities and plants for health and well-being.  She teaches yoga and aerial fitness classes, as well as herbal workshops, and creates herbal remedies and custom formulations. She has co-authored two books and appeared as a guest expert on “The Brian Tracy Show” on ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX affiliates around the U.S.
