Anastasia Pryanikova helps women in perimenopause and menopause rebuild strength, ease, and trust in their bodies — without pushing through pain or overriding their natural rhythms. 

 

Her method draws on tissue state assessment, somatic movement, and movement energetics to identify why the body feels dry, tense, inflamed, depleted, or unsteady — and to match movement practices precisely to those patterns.

 

Where most fitness approaches give everybody the same prescription, Anastasia's work adapts to each woman's unique physiology.  Her signature 8-Week Vibrant Menopause Transformation Program integrates trapeze yoga, floor-based somatic sequences, and herbal support to restore mobility, rebuild pelvic floor integrity, and help women feel genuinely alive in their bodies again — not just managed or maintained.
