Anastasia Pryanikova is a yoga and aerial yoga teacher, and creator of a body-based method that helps women feel strong, sensual, and deeply supported through midlife and beyond.

Blending strength training, nervous system regulation, and feminine embodiment, her work goes beyond traditional yoga. She guides women out of stiffness, disconnection, and burnout—and into a body that feels mobile, resilient, and alive.

Her signature approach integrates yoga, yoga trapeze, somatic movement, and movement energetics to restore trust in the body, improve mobility, and build sustainable strength—without pushing or overriding natural rhythms.

Anastasia’s work is especially powerful for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and physical transitions, offering a way to stay strong while feeling soft, connected, and fully expressed.

Through classes, online programs, and healing sessions, she creates spaces where women reconnect to their bodies—not as something to fix, but as something to listen to, trust, and enjoy.
