Aerial Yoga + Halotherapy for a deeply restorative 6-week journey.
Step into the hammock and experience movement in a whole new environment—the tranquil salt sanctuary. Over six weeks, you’ll explore gentle aerial yoga, supported stretching, mindful movement and floating relaxation while breathing air infused with microscopic Himalayan salt particles.
This small founding group is designed for participants who want to move, breathe and unwind in a unique, supportive setting. No previous aerial yoga experience is needed, and every practice can be adapted to your body and comfort level.
Tuesdays, 6:00-7:00pm: September 15, 22, 29 & October 6, 13, 20
