Enjoy gentle yoga flow in a supportive environment as you relax your body and mind, strengthen muscles and joints, improve balance and increase vitality. Mondays 6pm-7pm Gentle Yoga Flow Tuesdays 11am-12pm Chair + Gentle Yoga Flow for Active Seniors Small group classes with maximum of 6 students. Masks are required. Bring a yoga mat if you have it and a water bottle. Advance sign-up is required due to the limited spots.
